Privacy summary
We only keep your first name, WhatsApp number, treatment, time and the note you write. Your WhatsApp number and note are stored encrypted on Cloudflare servers (Asia Pacific region). Booking data and notes are deleted automatically 90 days after the appointment. Your name, WhatsApp number and booking history (date, treatment, status) are kept in the clinic patient list. After 5 years without a booking they are deleted if you never had a treatment at the clinic; if you did, they are kept as a medical record as the law requires. Your full patient details are recorded at the clinic when you visit. If you chat with us on WhatsApp or Instagram, an automated assistant (the Claude AI service by Anthropic) may reply first; the chat text on our servers is stored encrypted and deleted 24 hours after the last message.
